唐代诗人白居易曾写诗道：“绿蚁新醅酒，红泥小火炉，晚来天欲雪，能饮一杯无”手炉，作为一种熏衣暖手的实用器，容易让人将其与诗、与酒联系起来。这件手炉以精铜打造，炉身丰圆，上设弓形提梁，盖与器身子母口衔接，器盖镂空出螭龙纹是，器身开窗亦錾刻象形螭龙纹图案，刻画精细生动，饶有趣味。整体纹饰错落有序，铜材强韧光洁，包浆老道，透出岁月打磨过的温润。来源：云南文物商店
