贾景德（1880—1960），字煜如，号韬园。1880年生于山西泽州府（今晋城市）沁水县端氏镇的一个书香门第。长阎锡山三岁。父贾作人，1879年（光绪五年）己卯举优贡第一名，旋中本科举人。1889年（光绪十五年）登己丑科进士。当即用知县分发直隶候补，五年未授实缺，弃职还乡。后应聘主讲于汾州府（今汾阳）西河书院。叔父贾耕，乙酉拔贡，辛卯举人，先后主讲潞安府（长治）的上党书院和令德堂（山西大学堂的前身）。辛亥革命后，相继出任北洋政府总统典礼官、约法会议山西议员、段祺瑞“安福国会”议员。
