A Chinese gilt silver enamelled lidded box. The box features 2 Shou characters and a bat on the lid, a pair of deer beneath a flowering tree on the front and back on the body, and the 2 sides depict an animal with flowers. The box has 4 small feet with a Greek key border at the base. The interior of the lid is stamped "Silver" and 4 circular hooks are attached over the enamel. Dimensions are: 2 inches tall X 2 1/2 inches wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: There are several small chips and dings to the feet, 1 hook has been flattened, overall good condition.
