林纾题识、钤印皆略。说明说明：“乡山石鼓”即石鼓山，又名鼓山，因山巅有巨石如鼓而得名，在福州市东郊、闽江北岸，是著名旅游胜地。据黄浚《花随人圣庵摭忆》记载，林纾翻译生涯的处女作《巴黎茶花女遗事》即是在往返石鼓山的游船上完成的。
