A MEZCALA STONE FIGURECirca 1st - 5th Century A.D.Formed of pale green hardstone, the figure is depicted with an elongated torso, the lower body distinguished by an incised band, the rounded legs meet at the feet surrounding the belly with incised navel, the arms indicated by linear incisions, the left raised to the chin, the large head with incised facial features, 6cm high.Provenance: French private collection.
