A small rat peering out of a hole near the base of the stump, two large flowers blooming to its left, the mainly dark material with some slight pale patches; signed Iwami-no-kuni Enokawa Seiyodo Shi Tomiharu kyonen rokujunisai shite kore o chokoku toki ni Kansei kinoe-tora natsu nari (carved at the age of sixty-two by the Eno River in Iwami Province by Seiyodo Tomiharu in the kinoe-tora year of Kansei [1794]). 5.3cm (2 1/8in) high.注脚海松彫根付 丸太に鼠 銘 「石見国可愛河青陽堂清富春享年六十二歳而彫刻之于時寛政甲寅夏也」 1794年
