An export silver bowl and stem cupStamped marks of Luen Wo, Shanghai, circa 1880-1925
The bowl decorated with an elegant lady in a sampan before further figures and boy attendants in a tree-strewn garden, the base interior with a pavilion beneath paulownia, stamped mark 'LW' and artisan's mark; the cup flanked with bamboo form handles, decorated with boys at play in a garden, with undecorated central roundel, stamped mark 'LUENWO' and artisan's mark.
