The cormorant carved from creamy jade, with finely incised stylised detail, the bird swimming and holding a fish in its beak, the stone with russet and black encrustations, fitted box; the goose recumbent, from a thin plaque also of creamy jade with extensive russet inclusions, carved as a silhouette with simply incised round eyes and a pierced hole by the shoulder, fitted box.
