Seated in lalitasana over a throne of narrow and large lappets, the deity clad in a clinging dhoti and elaborate beaded jewellery, the principal hands folded at the heart, the secondary pair in the teaching mudra beside each shoulder, a large lotus flower to the left, the figure covered overall in gilt-lacquer, the base holding seven scrolls of sacred texts. 12.8cm (5in) high
