最早描写工夫茶法的文献是清俞蛟的《梦庵杂着•潮嘉风月记》,文曰:“工夫茶,烹冶之法,本诸陆羽茶经,而器具更为精致。……壶、盘与杯,旧而佳者,贵如拱璧,寻常舟中不易得也。”符合文中所形容“圆体扁腹,努嘴曲柄”的朱泥壶式,君德式也是其一。此器以朱泥为胎,犹若赭黄粗梨,甜美润腴。敦腹,三湾流,圈把外圆内平,扁珠钮,全器比例协调,浑然大气。内印文“鞠轩”。从传世品看来,康熙中期以后的功夫茶壶泥料,进入了由朱砂至朱泥的过渡阶段,逐渐走脱出外销壶的工艺体系,转向回应东南沿海快速成长的功夫茶壶市场。可能由于练泥观念与技艺的调整,加上窑烧水平的提升,此期朱泥壶的胎质颗粒感明显,珠粒隐隐,色泽红褐带黄调。然至雍正以降,胎质日趋细腻,练泥益精,色泽红润。其细腻的胎质标志着此期朱泥练制工艺已进入另一阶段。容量:90ml 钤印:【盖款】鞠轩【墙款】万丰
