A GOLD EARLY 20TH CENTURY FINE BLACK OPAL AND DIAMOND RING, centring on an oval black oval, measuring 11mm x 8.0mm, good play of colour, showing predominantly bright orange/red and electric bluish green colours, fifteen old mine cut diamonds, estimated weight 0.90ct, colour assessed as J-K, clarity assessed as I1, ring size S, approximate gross weight 4.8 grams (condition: please note there is a small chip to the girdle of the opal and there are some minor surface scratches)
