A George III Scottish armorial planished copper ale jug. With domed cover, open fret thumb-piece, double scrolling handle having shield shaped terminal and raised on a spreading base. Engraved to the domed cover with a crest, applied to the body with two wheel pennies 1797 and around the base with a further eight coins, 35cm.Condition report intended as a guide only.Knop slightly leaning.
