A Chinese famille rose porcelain figure group of Nezha riding a dragon with a wooden stand. The red 5-clawed dragon with a flaming pearl on its tail sits below Nezha who holds a hoop and bag. Dimensions are: 20 1/2 inches tall X 11 inches wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: There is a repair to Nezha's upraised hand, a spike on the dragon's tail is missing, and minor glaze chipping to the reverse. Provenance: From the estate of Mr. Kwok Woon Kun, formerly a shareholder of Wing On Company, a well-known department store group in Hong Kong and Shanghai. This collection was collected in Hong Kong prior to Mr. Kwok's death in 1969.
