A pair of Imperial Chinese blue and white teacups, each with 6-character Guangxu mark on the bottom and of the period. The bodies feature cranes among ruyi clouds and bagua over a wave and rock motif on the exterior, while the interior features a wave motif around an 8-petalled flower. Dimensions are: 1 1/2 inches tall X 2 3/4 inches wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: Bother are in good condition; 1 has a small glaze pop in the rim. Provenance: From the estate of Mr. Kwok Woon Kun, formerly a shareholder of Wing On Company, a well-known department store group in Hong Kong and Shanghai. This collection was collected in Hong Kong prior to Mr. Kwok's death in 1969.
