An Imperial Chinese blue and white porcelain moonflask with a 6-character Daoguang mark on the bottom and of the period. The flask is accompanied by a wooden stand and the flask features stylized lotus ground with 2 roundels both with 4 figures riding animals and engaged handles. Dimensions are: 11 inches tall X 9 inches wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: There is a repair to 1 of the handles. Provenance: From the estate of Mr. Kwok Woon Kun, formerly a shareholder of Wing On Company, a well-known department store group in Hong Kong and Shanghai. This collection was collected in Hong Kong prior to Mr. Kwok's death in 1969.
