A Chinese marbled ceramic vase with handles dating from the Tang dynasty. Dimensions are: 8 inches tall X 6 inches wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: There is a repaired chip in the rim. Provenance: From the estate of Dr. Heinrich Briega, who purchased the vase in the 1960s in Parker-Berut. A similar marbled vase from the same time period but without handles sold at Christie's Paris December 15, 2010 lot 270.
