A pair of Chinese jadeite covered bowls dating from the 19th century. Dimensions are: 3 1/2 inches tall X 4 1/2 inches wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: Both are in good condition with natural inclusions and seams in the stone. Provenance: From a Southern California collector. A jadeite covered bowl from the Qing Court collection, now preserved in the Palace Museum, Beijing, is illustrated in _Treasures of Imperial Court_, Hong Kong: Commercial Press, 2004, pg. 226 (fig. 1).
