清代 董耀 山水扇面 A Chinese gold-flecked paper landscape fan by Dong Yao (1800-1883). The fan depicts a fisherman and a scholar overlooking a river beneath a pine tree. The fan has an inscription and 2 seals. It is mounted on a silk backing and framed.
Dimensions are: 9 inches tall X 21 inches wide, the frame measures 17 inches tall X 28 inches wide. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: Minor wear to the creases.
Provenance: From Mr. Friedman in Phoenix, AZ, a family heirloom.
