李鱓（1686年—1756年），字宗扬，号复堂，别号懊道人、墨磨人，清康熙二十五年（1686）生，乾隆二十一年（1756）卒，江苏扬州府兴化人，明代状元宰相李春芳第六世孙。清代著名画家，“扬州八怪”之一。康熙五十年中举，康熙五十三年召为内廷供奉，其宫廷工笔画造诣颇深，因不愿受“正统派”画风束缚而遭忌离职。乾隆三年出任山东滕县知县，颇得民心，因得罪上司而罢官。后居扬州，卖画为生。
