周信芳（1895年1月14日-1975年3月8日），京剧表演艺术家，京剧“麒派”艺术创始人。出身艺人家庭，名士楚，字信芳，艺名麒麟童，浙江慈城（今浙江省慈溪市）人。中华人民共和国成立后，周信芳当选为第一、二、三届全国人民代表大会代表，历任中国戏曲研究院副院长、上海京剧院院长、中国戏剧家协会上海分会主席等职位。
