张元济（1867年10月25日—1959年8月14日，享年91岁），男，字菊生，号筱斋，浙江海盐人。中国近代杰出的出版家、教育家、爱国实业家。
出生于名门望族，书香世家。清末中进士，入翰林院任庶吉士，后在总理事务衙门任章京。1902年，张元济进入商务印书馆历任编译所所长、经理、监理、董事长等职。解放后，担任上海文史馆馆长，继任商务印书馆董事长。
