孔小瑜（1899－1984），原名宪英，生于慈溪庄桥孔家村。初在沪上活动，后赴香港，1951年毅然北返，参加内地建设；1955年后，应邀赴安徽艺术学校执教，兼任安徽画院副院长，并被选为安徽省人大代表。晚年任职安徽艺术学校教授，安徽画院副院长、省人大代表。
