范振绪（1872-1960），字禹勤，号南皋，晚年号东雪老人、太和山民（因其祖上居住于甘肃省靖远县双龙乡，该向境内有名山太和山而得名），祖籍甘肃省靖远县。1906年加入中国同盟会，成为甘肃早期参加辛亥革命运动的主要人物之一。是中国著名书画家。1941年与张大千同往敦煌，研究壁画，抢救国宝。
