Tibetan 19 Century Seated Gilt Bronze Buddha detachable from gilt bronze Lotus Throne with attached Lotus foot stool; the figure with cold painting to face and hair, the earrings, necklace & tiara with inlaid jewels and holding the stem of a Wheel and Vase in each hand, the Buddha's surfaces with pierce work and engraving, the seat with a pair of Buddhist Lion panels and a flower panel. Buddha figure open at seat and seat closed at base. Age related wear to gold and exposed bronze a few small jewels missing, cold paint flaking at face and hair. Height with seat 8 7/8 inches (22.5 cm.).
