Chinese Ming Dynasty LongQuan celadon barbed-rim charger. Shallow body, with a slightly flared lip with a shallow draft. Centrally festooned with a dynamic dragon soaring amidst flames and vapors. The exterior is plainly glazed in an olive-green tone, with exception to an orange-oxidized firing ring on the base. The lobed floral rim is circumscribed in a vine pattern. The under base remains unglazed, revealing the pale-creme ground with grayish firing marks.Measurements: Height: 3-5/8" Diameter: 15-1/2"
