The Large 20th Century LIFE SIZE Chinese gilt bronze and cloisonne enamel cranes effigy candle holder, are cast in model of standing cranes, each having a pair of herons standing elegantly standing upon a rock-work. The taller crane faces slightly upward holding a sprays of sacred LingZhi fungus terminating a trumpet shaped container with threading pin, its tall legs extending straightly on the rock; while the next heron faces its shoulder, with one legs slightly bended. All legs generously covered with extensive gilt. The rock-work pedestal densely decorated with colorful floral against turquoise-blue enamel ground. The pair of sculptures have mirrored image. The cloisonne works have been done expertly detailing all elements including the head, ruyi, feathers, and rock-works pedestal.Dimension: Measurements: Height: 57" x Width: 25"
