A superb, carved Chinese jade lidded censer. Of rounded bulbous deep vessel body, raised on three cabriole low legs. The shoulder gently tapered on to banded rim, supporting the domed lid crowned with simply flaring bud finial. Three resting dogs carved out from the dome lid radiating the finial. Two open-works carved Lingzhi fungus and its gnarled stem emerged from the shoulder, balanced with other two swastika symbols and branching ruyi on the other directions. The bulbous belly and lids are finely polished, revealed the jade superb color and quality, the design are simple, yet elegant.
