自在观音 青铜合金爪哇风格说明：自在观音又称观自在菩萨，是在汉地颇受欢迎的一种观音形式。在事部密续中他出现在胎藏界曼陀罗的观音院中，密号普化金刚。本件自在观音双目低垂，面相祥和，高发髻，头后饰圆形背光，袒上身，饰璎珞及臂钏，左肩披羊皮。双足结转轮王坐，左足深屈于内，右腿曲起，左主手托宝瓶于左股之后撑莲座边，右主手曲肱而安置于右膝上，另外两手各持法宝与两肩。身姿略倾斜，右舒坐，稍倾于左方，姿态自然优美。下承仰覆莲瓣莲座，莲瓣宽大饱满，上下错落排列，下呈方型镂空须弥座，具有典型爪哇造像特点。爪哇（Java）为梵文Yava，又音译为阇婆、社婆。是印尼共和国的一岛。此王朝也崇信佛教，现存许多有关佛教的碑铭及遗物。
