DESCRIPTION: An antique porcelain dish set, mounted with sterling silver. Composed of a pair of trefoil form dishes as well as an oval bowl. Decorated with vermeil sterling mounts along the rim with rose and scrolled rococo floral motifs. Porcelain is unmarked. Sterling is marked with what most closely resembles a Jean Moucheront lozenge mark, as well as a "1" Mercury export mark indicating it to possibly have a silver fineness of .950 rather than .925. There is a sticker from J.C. Naon Auction house in Buenos Aires, Argentina, lot #493CIRCA: Late 19th Ct.
