DESCRIPTION: An antique German punch bowl by Gebruder Deyhle. Composed of a Neoclassical motif, .800 silver foundation with four cabriole legs in a Greco-Roman column design adorned with acanthus leaf motifs along the tops and bottoms. Intersecting the columns are verdant garlands. Fitted with an ovoid cut crystal body, finished with a silver lid of a tapering ridged design, centered by a blossoming acorn motif finial.The lid has an aperture for ladle placement, ladle is missing. Engraved along the center of the base with a municipal coat of arms , topped by a rampant griffin crest.
