A map showing the southeast corner of North America extending from Virginia to Florida, Central America, and northern South America, with the title and cartographer identified in a cartouche in the top left corner and an inscription below the scene: Of the Western Islands. Between the two America's [sic], North and South, and before the Gulph [sic] of Mexico are many Islands, generally distinguished into the Antilles, Caribes, and Lucajos.
