释文：竹石养性，花木延年。黄养辉（1911～2001），江苏无锡人。1930年师从徐悲鸿，任其秘书。1942年后历任中国美术学院副研究员兼秘书、国立北平艺专教授、苏州美专教授。建国后为江苏省国画院画师、教授等职。著名画家。
