直径19.2cm；高7.8cm
木胎圆盒，作蒸饼式，平顶，子母口，底承圈足。足内及盒内髹以光亮黑漆，漆面略带自然断纹。外壁通体以剔犀工艺装饰，盒盖雕变形柿蒂花纹为中心，四周环绕如意形云纹三层相间排列，盒身亦作如意云头纹一周，所雕纹饰构图饱满，髹漆肥厚，漆色深黑带红，莹亮温润。云纹层次分明且每层均厚度一致，线条流畅委婉，非高人不能为。明代黄成《髹饰录》中载“剔犀有朱面，有黑面，有透明紫面。或乌间朱线，或红间黑带，……其文皆疏刻剑环、绦环、重圈、回文、云钩”，本品刀口断层处露出有规律的朱漆三层，正所谓“乌间朱线”之做法。
