全品。器身为圆形，有曲柄，短流，圈足。在流口至器底间，均已缠枝花卉装饰，施青白釉。倒流壶因壶底有一通信管又称内管壶，是始于宋，辽时期，流行于清代的壶式之一。由于向壶内倒水需从底心管口倒入，又称倒灌壶，倒装壶，耀州窑常见有烧造，而影青瓷中较为少见。与本壶型制类似的清白壶例子，可见江西省博物馆藏一件南宋凤首壶，著录与Stacey Pierson著，《Qingbai ware:Chinese Porcelain of the Song and Yuan Dynasties》，伦敦，2002年，页128-129，图版86.另见同著录中一件南宋印花莲纹瓶及座，亦是以莲瓣及龙纹作为装饰题材，页140-141，图73。
