全品。香薰青白釉，子母口套合，上部镂空牡丹花纹，上下部分基本相同，圈足，呈卵形。镂空工艺制作奇巧，刻划纹饰线条清晰，与清白釉色相映，高雅恬静。香薰青白瓷中极为罕见，因此更加珍贵。与此香薰器形相似者有青白釉盖盒，盖上部无镂空，其它别无二样，维多利亚和阿尔伯特博物馆藏有一件同类相似的盖盒，见Rose Kerr编，《Song Dynasty Ceramics》，伦敦，2004年，页104，编号106。
