The special iconographic characteristic of Semnyi ngalso is the left hand pressed down on the seat behind the left thigh. He holds the stem of a lotus flower which blossoms over the both shoulder. Adorned with jewel ornaments and characterizing necklaces and anklets. the right foot rests on a lotus pedestal, while Avalokiteshvara sits on a double lotus base. The throne is topped by an umbrella, the backside ornamented with a vajras.
