说明：玉质白色，片状。牌头为卷云纹，两边对称，中有穿孔，玉牌正面开框剔地浮雕凤凰立于竹林之中，凤凰单足立于石上，回首展翅，傲然之姿，跃然而现。背面剔地阳雕篆书诗文“凤来绿竹外，人在夕阳中”，图文相和。“有凤来仪”语出《尚书·益稷》：“箫韶九成，凤皇来仪。”，多用以形容皇后妃嫔。整器材质上佳，造型规整，小巧玲珑，雕工细腻，抛光精美，是一件不可多得的玉牌佳品。
