缪嘉惠（1875-1908）字素筠，昆明人，清代女画家，慈禧太后的女官，代慈禧太后写字画画。通书史，善篆隶，尤工画。嫁予陈氏，早年孀居。光绪年间入宫为供奉给事。甚受孝钦后宠爱，人们称她为缪先生。相传孝钦之画，多为她代作。
