A METAL OVEN, TIBET, ca. 1900, d. 46 cm and 50 cm high, the recipient is standing on three legs, each decorated with a medallion containing the shou character, a wide everted rim supporting the high cylindrical neck set with roundels, each with a double Buddhist emblem, the inside containing a pierced basket with looped handle, the pierced domed-shaped cover decorated with four medallions containing each two emblems and topped with a lotus-bud shaped finial - Property from an old German private collection, mostly assembled in the 1970's - Wear, traces of age.
