扳指圆柱形，选用上等和田白玉，由造办处玉匠精雕细琢。扳指外圈琢回纹，内圈乾隆御用填金款，配琉璃原盒，圆盒顶回纹中有寿字，盒外圈花鸟纹并刻有乾隆御题诗：绿叶垂枝间绛英，一般风韵一般贞。风过莫诮无清馥，赢有萧萧飒飒声。乾隆丙子（1756）季秋御铭，高贵雅致，盒底镌琢《乾隆年制》款。 此件扳指质感温润光滑，质如凝脂，握于手中温嫩细润，侈美奢华，外盒琉璃晶莹璀璨，端庄典雅，巧夺天工，为乾隆帝的贴身玩物。
