款识：道文同志属正 戊午初夏文华|钤印：郁、文华、浮槎书屋 |简介：郁文华，名炜，字文华，苏州人。先后师从蔡铣、张石园、张大千等人。擅山水、花鸟，尤精于牡丹，有“郁牡丹”之誉。曾为上海中国画院画师，上海美术家协会会员，上海文史馆馆员，上海大风堂书画研究会会长。
