册页二页，尺寸、形制大体相同。册页一页为吕洞宾度化何仙姑的故事。一平地上，何仙姑手持扫帚，肩扛莲蓬望向天际；吕洞宾手握拂尘，背负宝剑从天而降。边上一株苍松挺立于巉岩之中，纯阳真人脚下缂出流云，静中有动。相传两人曾经相爱，最终两人放下情感，度化成仙。册页另一页刻画三个人物形象。崖边柏树一株蟠曲向外，不远处缂出连绵青山。崖石之上，亭台之前，一黄衣老者持杖而行，手指前方，回首而顾；其后一灰衣白裙老妪杵伞而立，似正与老翁交谈；老妇身后一位蓝衣公子，满脸堆笑，作势欲倒，似在逗二老发笑。应描述的是二十四孝中“戏彩娱亲”的故事。此册页缂工精细，构图得当，用色得宜，缂制的人物生动自然，可谓难得，乃属上乘之作。与此类似的册页，南京博物院亦有收藏，只是其用色、做工、品相等似不如此册页。
