|朝珠为上好蜜蜡制成，共108颗。圆浑敦实，鲜丽明艳，保存完好。朝珠是清朝礼服的一种佩挂物，挂在颈项垂于胸前。朝珠共108颗，每27颗间穿入一粒大珠，大珠共四颗，称分珠，象征四季，朝珠两旁共附小珠三串，名为“纪念”；戴法男女有别，两串在左一串在右为男，两串在右一串在左为女。另外有一串珠垂于背，称背云。朝珠的质料多种，皇帝、后妃、文官五品及武官四品以上，另外侍卫和京官等，均可佩挂，皇帝也常将其作为赏赐物品。
