款识：袁郁龙制 底款 |此壶紫泥为胎，泥色泛黄。壶身通体光素无纹，壶身作扁圆形，饱满细致，经久岁月包浆尤显温润。整器气势内敛，器形稳重，线条优美，比例适宜。|袁郁龙，清康熙、雍正、乾隆年间制陶名人。民国李景康、张虹《阳羡砂壶图考》：“披云楼藏袁郁龙朱泥大壶一持，制作敦朴，微现手捏痕迹，底钤‘袁郁龙制’篆文方印，似康雍间物。传世袁郁龙款极为罕见。||参阅：紫砂茗品 黄正雄珍藏古今茗壶特展p.61
