此辟邪白玉质地带浅褐沁，圆雕而成，头立双角，呈俯伏状，四肢雄健结实有力，以阴刻弧线勾勒足趾，前足更生有双翼，尾巴倒卷贴于身上。其两眼圆睁，眉角分明，宽鼻大嘴，神态可掬。明清时期，玉辟邪虽仍偶有制作，但由于避邪驱恶不再藉助辟邪之力，权作把玩之玉，故辟邪之于汉代威严、凶猛的神情已不复见，造型相对温顺可爱，而且制作数量日渐减少，而生有双翼的辟邪于明清以降已甚为罕见。本品琢磨圆润，形制小巧，外型讨喜、独特，既适合掌中把玩观赏，作为纸镇，笔搁抑或文房摆设亦极为相宜。
