An original Model 3809 crank model includes bell-set with coil and Bakelite (referred to in Kellogg literature as �Kellite�) handset receiver. Molded oak cabinet. Kellogg branded their handset phones as Grabaphones. The Kellogg Switchboard and Supply Company was founded in 1897 by Milo G. Kellogg after Bell's telephone patents had expired. Kellogg was known for its superior switchboard technology and beautifully designed Art Deco phones of the 1930s and '40s. Perfect cord. Untested, otherwise overall good condition.
