Banded Onyx Luminaires--"Cherry Blossom Blue"


Mexico A matched pair of calcite onyx luminaries, having a unique blend of colors ranging from pink to black to blue. They were dubbed "cherry blossom blue" due to the pink areas resembling cherry blossom amidst patches of blue "sky". These luminaries are cut from large onyx boulders mined in central Mexico. The slabs are cut 1/4 inch thick and the panels are book matched to have continuous matching patterns. The panels are mitered for an exact fit with a closed fitted top as well. Beautiful either when illuminated or when observed in natural light, they provide a beautiful ambient light source suitable for either residential or corporate interiors with their stunning patterns and movement.
