"...Mouth (neat): yooh, old Demerara rum and bags of liquorice everywhere. Massive attack (hehe). With water: quite perfect, rather more complex than others. Cinnamon at first (usually cinnamon does not come first), then liquorice, grapefruits, prunes, chocolate, orange liqueurs, kumquats and this ginger.
