酒壶选用上等和田白玉，为乾隆期痕都斯坦工。酒壶洁净，一尘不染，表面为镂雕工艺，两侧对应为困寿，其余满雕为缠枝花纹。镂雕自然流畅，抛光精细，工艺惊人。镂雕此壶时，应首先在壶体的薄胎上以剔地技法在壶体器表起之花纹，即雕刻时先琢平底子，再浮雕纹饰，形成凹凸的视觉反差，增强艺术表现效果。在壶体薄胎上施以雕刻，工艺难度大，技术性超强，稍有不慎，极易破裂，误工毁料，可见雕者功夫非常人所致。此壶做工非常严谨，壶盖与壶体浑然一体，盖后没有丝毫间隙。此壶为壶中极品，存世稀少，为高端藏家必藏品。
