Casque sujibachi à soixante-deux plaques muni de quatre protège-cous noirs (shikoro) avec quatre cordelettes et un ornement frontal (maedate) avec un emblème familial orange Tachibana (maru ni tachibana mon) du clan Iishi appartenant au fief Omi Hikone. Les parties latérales du casque (fukikaeshi) figurent des emblèmes de chrysanthèmes. Le casque est muni d'un pompon violet. The side parts of the helmet (fukikaeshi) show chrysanthemum crests. The helmet has a purple tassel.
